Day 1. Madrid

Transfer from the airport to the hotel.

Day 2. Madrid – Valencia – Denia

Breakfast. Departure at the indicated time with direction Valencia and surroundings.

Free time for lunch.

We will visit Denia with a local guide, a city with a monument to its good weather. We will walk through its streets we will see the ethnological museum (entrance included) highlighting the production and elaboration of the raisin. We will also visit the Toy Museum (entrance included) where we will see the  traditional craft since 1904, we will pass through the Gothic  town hall with baroque facade, through the neighborhood  Roques where the old Arab medina was.

Arrival at the hotel, distribution of rooms and dinner.

Day 3. Valencia

Breakfast. Departure to visit Valencia with a local guide, the old town is the most charming area and the best way to start the visit to the historic center. We will pass through the square of the virgin where the Roman forum of the city was located, we will see the beautiful facades of the town hall and the post office building. At the end of the square we arrive at the Cathedral (entrance included) also known as the Seu and the central market where you will be overwhelmed by colors and smells that you will not forget.  We will arrive at the Carmen neighborhood, the oldest and most famous in Valencia where the basilica of the Virgin  of the homeless is located, let yourself be carried along  its streets and appreciate its corners. We will pass through the Torres de Serranos and the Turia riverbed. Free time  for lunch.

Afternoon free to enjoy the city. Return to hotel,  dinner and overnight.

Day 4. Valencia

Breakfast. Departure at the indicated time towards the Costa  del Maresme. Brief stops en route. Time for lunch

Arrival at the hotel, distribution of rooms and dinner.

Day 5. Barcelona

Breakfast.  Departure to  visit  Barcelona  with  an  oficial  guide, we will take a panoramic tour by bus and visit the city on foot. Highlighting the Gothic quarter where we will find lovely places to see, we will pass through the Ramblas one of the best known places in the city, themythical market of the boqueria, the Olympic village and the Plaza de Cataluña one of the most extensive and significant  in  the  city  .  The Barceloneta  neighborhood  and  the Olympic port area.

Free time for lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the Sagrada Familia (entrance included)Catholic basilica designed by Antonio Gaudí to which he dedicated more than forty years and which he could not see finished. Then we will go to the Park Güell, a huge garden with peculiar architectural elements made by Gaudí, one of the main tourist attractions of the city.

Day 6. Barcelona – Madrid

Breakfast. Departure at the indicated time with direction Madrid.

Arrival at the hotel, distribution of rooms and dinner.

Day 7. Madrid

Breakfast. Departure to take a panoramic view of Madrid by bus through the most emblematic places of the city. We will have free time in places like the main square, the Cibeles fountain,

the Alcalá gate, the Santiago Bernabéu stadium and modern Madrid. We will pass by Alcalá Street or the Gran Via where many proposals for leisure, culture and entertainment are cited. We will visit the Retiro park, where there are hundreds of places to visit, we will see the pond, the glass palace, the monument to Alfonso XII and the promenade of the statues, where are those dedicated to the monarchs of Spain. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon departure to visit the Prado Museum (entrance included) one of the most important and visited in the world. It was inaugurated in 1819, exposes the best collection linked to the history of Spain, the most complete from the 11th to the 18th century. We can see great works of universal painters such as El Greco, Velázquez, Goya or El Bosco. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight.

TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1 . Madrid

Pick up at the airport and transfer to the hotel. 

Distribution of rooms and dinner.

Day 2 . Madrid – Ávila

Breakfast. Departure to take a panoramic view of Madrid with a local guide, by bus through the most emblematic places of the city. We  will have free time in places like the main square, the Cibeles fountain, the Alcalá gate, the Santiago Bernabéu stadium and modern Madrid. We will pass by Alcalá Street or the Gran Via where many proposals for leisure, culture and entertainment are cited. We will visit the Retiro park, where there are hundreds of places to visit, we will see the pond, the glass palace, the monument to Alfonso XII and the promenade of the statues, where are those dedicated to the monarchs of Spain. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon visit Ávila with local guide. Behind the walls lies a valuable set of churches and palaces. After the door of the Loyalists we nd the Cathedral (entrance included). In the Plaza del Mercado Chico, where the ancient Roman forum was located is the Town Hall and the church of Santa Teresa.

Return to hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 3. Segovia

Breakfast.  Departure direction Segovia. Upon arrival we will visit Segovia with a local guide, where Alfonso X studied the sky, where Quevedo was inspired by its spaces and even its people to write the Buscón don Pablos. Where was proclaimed Queen of Castile Isabel I, the Catholic, with what this meant for history and  where  a  book  was  printed  for  the  rst  time  in  Spain.  In the main square is the Cathedral (entrance included), evening meeting point of the storks. We will walk through the Jewish quarter, a medieval neighborhood that allows us to penetrate a path of encounter with the past. Of course we will visit the Aqueduct, one of the most magnificent works that the Romans left scattered throughout their vast empire. Free time for lunch. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 4. Toledo – Prado Museum

Breakfast. Departure to visit Toledo with local guide city of the three cultures. Its historic center, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco, is exciting among other reasons, because it retains the layout it had in the middle ages. The tour through its narrow streets will discover an incredible and very lively monumental complex, both inside and out. We will visit the Cathedral

(entrance included), one of the Castilian buildings that has preserved more medieval stained glass. We will walk through the Jewish quarter. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon departure to visit the Prado Museum with local guide (entrance included) one of the most important and visited in the world. It was inaugurated in 1819, exposes the best collection linked to the history of Spain, the most complete from the 11th to the 18th century. We can see great works of universal painters such as El Greco, Velázquez, Goya or El Bosco.

Day 5. Madrid of the Austrias

Breakfast. Departure for a visit of Madrid with a local guide, you will never get tired of walking around Madrid. In this part of the city, between the Plaza Mayor and the Plaza de Oriente, many of the 17th-century palaces and convents are preserved. One tip, let yourself go. We will cross winding streets where you will discover some tasca, a baroque church or a secret garden. On the tour you will run into the San Miguel Market and the Royal Palace (entrance included) one of the essential monuments of Madrid. We will pass through the different rooms, where we will see among other things medieval armor of great value. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon we will walk through the neighborhood of La Latina, one of the most traditional in Madrid. We will pass through the theater of La Latina, we will walk through its narrow streets, its old buildings where artists, eternal bohemians and lifelong neighbors live.

In the afternoon we will visit the world famous «Camp Nou» (entrance included), the home of the Barcelona Soccer Club. Day 4. Montserrat – Picasso Museum

Breakfast. Departure to visit with local guide Montserrat (entrance included) one of the most famous pilgrimage sites in Spain within the Mariana Route. Day 1. Valencia

Arrival at Valencia airport. Transfer by coach from the airport to the hotel, distribution of rooms.

Day 2. Valencia – City of The Ciencie and Arts

Breakfast. Visit of the city of Valencia with a local guide. The old town is the most charming area and the best way to start the visit to the historic center. We will pass through the Plaza de la Virgen where the Roman forum of the city was located, we will see the beautiful facades of the town hall and the  building. At the end of the square we reach the Cathedral also known as La Seu (entrance included) and the central market where you will get dizzy with colors and smells that you will not forget. We will arrive at the Carmen neighborhood, the oldest and most famous in Valencia where the Basilica of the Virgin of the Forsaken is located, let yourself be carried away by its streets and appreciate its corners. We will pass through the mountain towers and the Turia river bed.

Free time for lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the city of arts and sciences, where we will see the Oceanographic (entrance included) the largest aquarium in Europe. Day 3. Albufera – Xátiva

Breakfast. We will visit the island of Palmar, with a local guide. A visit where we can see different dissected birds belonging to the park, we will pass through the marsh, the largest ecosystem in the park dedicated to rice cultivation and on a boat ride (entrance included) they will explain the native fauna and aquatic vegetation.

Free time for lunch. In the afternoon visit of the Játiva, with a local guide, we will take a walk through the old town declared a Historic-Artistic  Site  in  1982.  Losing yourself between its alleys and its Arab framework of the upper quarter is a pleasure for the senses. During the tour we will be able to admire its spectacular catalog of monuments, and discover its squares, churches, palaces and stately buildings that will take us back in time. The majestic Collegiate Church of Santa María (entrance included), La Plaza de la Trinitat, Hospital Reial are some of the most outstanding monuments.

Day 4. Vall de Uxó – Sagunto

Breakfast. Departure to Valle D´Uxo territory that has been occupied since Prehistory by different human groups. Its strategic geographical location, at the foot of the last foothills of the Serra d’Espadà, and widely dominating the coastal plain, have allowed and facilitated the establishment of the population throughout history. With a local guide we will visit the upper neighborhood where the Plaza del Ángel, the parish church is located and we will visit the narrow streets of Arab origin in the Alcudia neighborhood. Continuation of the visit to the caves of Sant Josep (entrance included). Here is the longest navigable underground river in Europe. We will sail by boat enjoying this great work of nature. We will go through different rooms such as those of bats, Lake of Diana, Gallery of the Siphons, Dry Zone and The Cathedral for its great vault. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon visit Sagunto with a local guide. A walk through its old town, a place where you can get lost among its narrow and cobbled streets where we will discover beautiful corners at every step. Day 1. Madrid

Transfer from the airport to the hotel.

Day 2. Madrid

Breakfast. At the agreed time the group leaves towards Cantabria. Arrival at the hotel, room assignment. During the afternoon, visit the city of Santander with a local guide. We’ll start off with a panoramic view around the coast until we arrive at the Faro de Cabo Mayor (Tickets Included), lighthouse keepers’ house and current arts center located in the Bay of Santander. Beautiful balcony with views to the sea and the City, our visit will start with a panoramic view of the city that has green landscapes and beaches such as Sardinero and Camello, wonderful and spectacular views of the cliffs. We will walk through the historic center, visiting the gardens of Pereda, the Cathedral, and buildings such as the Post Office and the Santander Bank and we will also visit the  Church of the Holy Christ. We will finish off the day with a walk through the Real Sitio de la Magdalena, where Alfonso XIII would spend his summers (entrance included), we will have a guided tour of the different facilities of the farm such as the great Gala dining room, the ballroom and of course the royal hall.

Returning to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 3. Covadonga – Cangas de Onís – Llanes

Breakfast. No visit to Asturias is complete without a visit to “La Santina”. We will visit Cangas de Onís with a local guide, the Roman bridge that awaits us as soon as we arrive is one of the  most  important  monuments  and  offers  magnificent views of the surroundings and the river Sella. We will continue  the  visit  to  Covadonga,  where  we  find  the  basilica and the Holy Cave carved into the mountain which houses the virgin of Covadonga and the tomb of King Don Pelayo. The Asturians feel true devotion to the Virgin of Covadonga, although it is not surprising, because its Sanctuary is located in a spectacular setting (entrance included).

Free time for lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the Town of Llanes with a local guide Asturian coastal town with outstanding historical monuments and  notable  traditions.  Traditional  fishing  port and spectacular beaches considered protected space. A typical town in the area where we will take a pleasant walk between its streets and enjoy the facades and the hidden corners.

Day 4. Cabarceno – Santillana del Mar

Breakfast. Departure to visit the Cabárceno Park, Natural Park where we can see a great diversity of animals from all over the world in living in a wide open space, as well as all kinds of botanical and mineral species. Throughout thousands of square meters, dreaming  of  the  five  continents  is  possible  (entrance included).

Free time for lunch. In the afternoon we will visit Santillana del Mar with a local guide, a medieval town where it is a pleasure to walk through its cobbled streets and see how beautiful the houses look, from the 14th to the 18th century, with flowers on the balconies. We will visit the main Town square with the set of the 2 houses formed by the House of the Eagle and the House of the Parra, the statue of the Homage to the man of Altamira or the fabulous building of the Town Hall of Santillana del Mar. We will visit the Museo del Barquillo (entrance included), located in the «House of the Archduchess Margarita of Austria» collects items related to the craft of the wafer. And finally we will visit the Collegiate Church (entrance included), the temple has its origin in a monastery dating back to 870 and in the S XI it was transformed into Collegiate Church, return to the hotel, dinner and accommodation.

Day 5. Bilbao

Breakfast. In the morning we will make an overview of the city of Bilbao with a local guide, highlighting the estuary, university, San Mamés and new buildings that have helped the great change of the city. We will make stops to see on foot the exteriors of the Guggenheim Museum, continue to the Begoña neighborhood to see its magnificent Begoña Basilica (entrance included) and finally,  the  old  town,  declared  a  Historic-Artistic  complex:  the Seven Streets, the Plaza New, the Arriaga Theater. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon free time in the center of Bilbao, to enjoy the city. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 6. San Vicente de La Barquera – Comillas

Breakfast. Departure to visit San Vicente de la Barquera with local guide, known town by singer David Bustamante. It has magnificent beaches, in addition to a space full of charm thanks to its church, castle and the remains of the wall. Afterwards we will visit Suances beautiful fishing village located in one of the most beautiful places, emblematic municipality for tourism, we can walk or enjoy the sea.

Free time for lunch. Departure to visit Comillas with a local guide, also known as “the Villa of the archbishops”. We will walk through its historic center designated Historic Artistic Complex, we will follow the cobbled streets with  beautiful  views  and  we  will  see  the  Pontifical  University, the Palace of Sobrellano, the Pantheon Chapel, highlighting El Capricho de Gaudí. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 7. Torrelavega – Madrid

Breakfast. Departure to visit Torrelavega, the second largest city of Cantabria. We will walk through its streets, we will pass through the town hall, a palace house built in 1906, by the church of Our Lady of the Assumption, with a 50 meters high tower and through the squares and pedestrian streets, through centuries-old buildings in the old town that make the stroll a pleasure. Free time for lunch. We continue with direction Madrid. Arrival at the hotel, distribution of rooms and dinner.

Breakfast. Santander panorama: Sardinella beach, Casino, Magdalena Palace, summer place the rest of the spanish royal family. Visit the charming town of Santillana de Mar, whose medieval ensemble is protected by UNESCO, a stop in Comilla, where  the villa architect Antonio Gaudi is located.

Day 7. Tuesday Oviedo – Picos de Europe

Travel along the picturesque coastline of Rias Baixas, fancifully indented by river fjords with stops on the island of Toja, in Sanchencho and O Grove. Dinner

Day 4. Córdoba

Breakfast Visit of Córdoba with local guide. We will visit the mosque-cathedral (entrance included) one of the jewels of Andalusia. Walking through it is like returning to the past, at the time of the caliphs. Then we will continue with the visit to the Jewish quarter, a maze of narrow streets and squares like the Maimonides, we will pass through the synagogue and just behind it is the souk. Day 5. Granada – Albaycin

Breakfast Departure towards Granada. Visit with local guide to the Alhambra (entrance included), one of the most important Arab constructions in the world, declared heritage by UNESCO in 1984 and to the Generalife: a set of gardens and palaces built on the top of the Cerro del Sol from where We can appreciate splendid views of Sierra Nevada. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the Albaycin neighborhood with a local guide, world heritage and Muslim origin of the city, knowing its network of streets with its typical Cármenes Granaínos, which were the Muslim recreational farms, we will visit Carmen de Marx de Moreau ( entrance included), Belgian painter in love with Granada, specifically in the Barrio del Albaicín. Day 6. Jerez de la Frontera

Breakfast Departure to visit Jerez with a local guide, one of the most attractive cities in Andalusia, capital of the horse and cradle of sherry and brandy. We will pass by panoramic view  of  the  most  signicant  monuments  of  the  city  and  we will stop in the center to visit the square of the arenal, the cathedral (entrance included), and the Alcazar. Day 5. Chauen – Tetuan

Breakfast. A cave that the Phoenicians already knew and that according to history says that here overnight Hercules spent his eleventh task, stealing apples in the garden of the Hesperides. Free time for lunch. Then with a local guide we will take a pleasant walk through the highest part of the Medina, La Alcazaba or Kasbah where we can enjoy the charm of the narrow streets and historical buildings linked to the traditional aroma. Breakfast. Transfer to the wine region of Rioja with a stop and an excursion to Logrono. Walk around the city center and Laurelle street, the so-called “Elephant Trail” (tapas and drinks are paid separately). Continuation of the journey to the Basque Country.

Day 3. San Sebastian – Hondarribia and Biaritz

Breakfast. Excursion to San Sebastian, the pearl of the North of Spain. Walking tour with a tour of the bay of La Concha, the historic center, elegant palaces and promenades. Continuation of the excursion to Biaritz, a fashionable French resort of the late 19th century. On the way there is a stop in the picturesque village of Hondarribia. Return to the hotel.

Day 4. of Rioja – La Guardia – Pamplona

Breakfast. Tour of the Rioja wine region. A visit to the picturesque village of La Guardia with its old Cathedral, a monument to pilgrims, underground wine cellars and the Town Hall (for those who wish, a wine tasting). On the way back – acquaintance with Pamplona, the capital of Navarra, which became world famous thanks to the holiday of San Fermin and Hamingway´s novel “Fiesta”.

Day 5. Vittoria – Bilbao – Santander

Breakfast. Departure to Cantabria. On the way – a stop in Bilbao, the center of the northern province of Bizkaia, an external examination of the Guggenheim Museum of Modern Art, a

masterpiece by architect Frank Gehry. Arrival in Santander, revealing an unusual panorama of the elegant city: Sardinella beach, Casino, Palazzo Magdalena, summer vacation destination of the Spanish royal family.

Day 6. Santillana da Mar – Comillas

Breakfast. Free time.

For those who wish for an aditional fee – acquaintance with Santillana de Mar, whose medieval ensemble is protected by UNESCO, and the town of Comillas, which houses one of the buildings built by Antonio Gaudi, Villa Caprice.

Day 7. Oviedo – Burgos – Madrid

Breakfast. Transfer to Madrid. On the way – a stop and a tour of Burgos, the former capital of Castile, sung in the poem ¨A Song of My Side¨ with his characters. The splendidly preserved old city and Burgos Cathedral are included in the World Heritage List of Humanity.

TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1. Barcelona

Arrival in Barcelona. Dinner. Walking tour of the Gothic Quarter. Free time.

Day 2. Madrid – Toledo

Breakfast. Sightseeing tour of Madrid.  Excursion to Toledo, the former capital of Spain. Transfer to Extremadura. Overnight in the area of Merida.

Day 3. Evora – Lisbon

Breakfast. Transit to Portugal with a stop and a tour of Evora, the capital of the province of Alentejo: the temple of Diana, Piaz-za Geralda, the Cathedral of Seu, Renaissance-style buildings, the famous Chapel of Bones.

Transfer to Lisbon. Dinner.

Day 4. Lisbon

Breakfast. Sightseeing tour of Lisbon: areas of Baixa, Rosiu, Al-fama, Castle of St. George; Seu Cathedral, Jerome Monastery, Belem Tower, Monument to the Discoverers.

Breakfast. Transfer to Porto with a short stop in Fatima, one of the most important pilgrimage centers of the Catholic Church, the site of the miraculous appearance of the Virgin and interes-ting divination. Sightseeing tour of Porto, the second most im-portant city of Portugal, located on the banks of the Douro River: 12th century cathedral, Ribeira district, Clerigos tower, bridges and churches, Ferreira wine cellars. Dinner. Overnight stay.

Day 6. Porto – Salamanca

Breakfast. Transfer to Spain. A tour of Salamanca, where the ol-dest university in Spain is located, on the benches of which Cer-vantes sat. Lope de Vega, Calderon. A walk through the historic center with a tour of the Roman bridge, House with shells and majestic Renaissance palaces. Dinner. Overnight stay.

Day 7. Avila – Segovia

Breakfast. Excursion to Avila, the city of St. Theresa, surrounded by ancient Roman walls, keeping calm of many monasteries and churches. Excursion to Segovia with a tour of the Cathedral, the Aqueduct and the Alcazar Castle, the prototype of the Cinde-rella Castle in Disneyland, where Isabella of Castile entered the throne.

TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1. Barcelona

Meeting at the airport. Transfer and check-in at a hotel in the surroundings of Barcelona or on the coast. Free time.

Day 2. Barcelona – Madrid

Breakfast. A sightseeing tour of Barcelona with an external examination of the famous masterpieces of Antonio Gaudi (Sagrada Familia, houses of Mila and Batllo), as well as Paseo Gracia, Plaça Catalunya, Mount Montjuic, the Olympic Village.

After – transfer to Madrid with a stop and a short walking tour in the center of Zaragoza.

Day 3. Toledo

Breakfast. Tour of Toledo with a tour of the old center, the Cathedral, synagogues. Dinner. Free time. Those who wish can buy an excursion to the Prado or Segovia Museum, visit the Flamenco show.

Day 4. Madrid

Breakfast. Sightseeing tour of the capital of Spain: Columbus and Spain Squares, Recoletas and Castellano Boulevards, the Prado Paseo, the Las Ventas monumental arena, the Temple of Debot, San Francisco Grande, Atocha Station.

Free time. After an excursion to Escorial and the Valley of the Fallen, to the Royal Palace. Walking tour of old Madrid: Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor de la Villa, Opera House, Oriente Plaza, Sabatini Gardens, Gran Via. Dinner.

Day 5. Valencia

Breakfast. Moving to Valencia – the birthplace of Paella and citrus fruits. Acquaintance with the capital of the Valencian community, its historical center and a visit to the “town of Porcelain” of the famous Lladro factory *, where the best compositions and works are presented, and the process of their creation is shown.

Day 6. Costa Brava

Breakfast. Transfer to the Costa Brava. On the way, stop with a visit to the charming Peniscola, a medieval town on the Orange coast with the impressive castle of Castell de Papa Luna. Accommodation at a hotel in Lloret de Mar. Dinner.

Day 7. Figueres & Girona

Breakfast. Visit to the homeland of the most famous Catalan in the world and the richest artist in the world! Excursion to the theater and museum of Salvador Dali in Figueres with a stop in the medieval city of Gerona. Wine tasting after the excursion. Dinner.
