We share our travelers concerns about upcoming travel. As such, we have created revised cancellation and rebooking policies. You now have the flexibility to rebook when you can look forward to your trip without fear for your health and safety. Other than airline assessed fees, you may apply the full value of what you has paid toward future travel. Airline fees are based on your specific ticket, and typically range between $300 per person and fully non-refundable. When you rebook, we will also work with your airline to attempt to reduce or remove these fees. While not guaranteed, if successful we will apply this value to your travel credit.

About Airline-Assessed Fees

Airlines are generally waiving change fees but not cancellation fees.

Keep the value of your air ticket. Your flight schedule will be cancelled and the value of your ticket will remain available to rebook per your specific airline’s policies.  Typically, future travel must be on the originally booked carrier, travel must be completed within 12 months of the date that your original ticket was issued, and you will be responsible for fare difference if applicable. Some airlines have extended their usual rebooking terms until the end of 2020. Airline policies are changing rapidly and we urge you to check your airline’s website for current change fees and rebooking options.

Cancel your ticket. Your airfare, less airline cancellation fees (typically $300 per ticket), will be applied to your rebook credit or refund.
